By using the App, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be under 18.

2. Account Registration

To use Pair Orbit, you must create an account using:

• Email login, or
• Google Sign-In

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or share, including:

• Profile photos
• Bio information
• Messages
• Interests and profile details

You agree NOT to upload or share content that:

• Is fake or impersonates another person
• Is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening
• Contains nudity or explicit sexual content
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Violates intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Safety Disclaimer

Pair Orbit is a platform for meeting and connecting with others.

We do not:

• Conduct criminal background checks
• Guarantee the accuracy of user information
• Guarantee user behavior

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
Always exercise caution when communicating or meeting someone offline.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
• Create multiple fake accounts
• Use bots or automated systems

Violation may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Restrict
• Or permanently delete accounts

All App content, branding, logos, and software are the property of Pair Orbit and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content, but grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the App.
